If you’re shopping for a bodysuit or shapewear that covers your upper body, measure the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape snug but comfortable and ensure it stays straight across your back. Take note of the number in inches.

Step 4: Measure Your Thighs (for thigh-length shapewear)

For shapewear that includes your thighs, measure around the thickest part of your thigh. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight. Record this measurement in inches.
